We always want our mummies to be happy and we just know you’re going to love our products… BUT if for any reason they are not quite right, we will happily refund or exchange them within 30 days (earrings excluded for hygiene reasons).

Our Returns Process is Easy!

STEP 1:
Email hello@mummycouture.com.au within 30 days of purchase, quoting your order number. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
STEP 2:
Return your unworn items in their original packaging (including safety tags) to:
Mummy Couture Returns, PO Box 3157, Norman Park, QLD 4170 Australia.
STEP 3:
Once we have received your return we will exchange or refund within 7 days from the date of receiving your return.
 Terms & Conditions:
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned in the same condition as originally sent – including safety cards on silicone items.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customers own expense. Original postage will not be refunded unless the product is found to be faulty.
  • No refund or exchanges can be given on earrings unless faulty, this is for hygiene reasons.
  • Returned items must be packaged securely so as not to be damaged during transit.
  • Upon receipt of returned goods, MUMMY COUTURE reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product/s do not meet our return requirements.
 

Faulty Goods:

Products are considered faulty if they are received damaged, or if they break within 6 months of purchase. Damage as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Please ensure you follow washing instructions carefully. If the product cannot be replaced we will offer a refund or exchange.

Please send us an email at hello@mummycouture.com.au outlining the fault including an image so that we can replace it straight away.
