SHIPPING & RETURNS
Mummy Couture believes in fast, efficient and reliable shipping, therefore we use Australia Post.
Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days (usually within 24 hours) of you placing an order and will include tracking. You will be emailed a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, this confirmation will include your tracking details.
Mummy Couture cannot be held responsible for any delays with Australia Post as these are outside of our control. Mummy Couture is not liable for lost or stolen shipments so please ensure you nominate a secure delivery address. If any packages are returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, you will be liable for any additional shipping costs to have the product shipped again.
Domestic orders are shipped using standard Australia Post for a flat rate of $8.00 or for free on orders over $150.00. Please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive. If you need your items faster, please upgrade to Express Shipping at the checkout.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES
New Zealand orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered Post for a flat fee of $25.00. Please allow 3 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.
International orders are shipped using Australia Post Registered Post for a flat fee of $30.00. Please allow 5 to 12 business days for your order to arrive.
Please note, due to insurance limitations we are unable to sell our products into the America’s.
Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
We do not offer returns on earrings, silicone jewellery or teethers unless faulty.
Pre-order items are not eligible for a refund only store credit.
All other items can be returned if in *original condition and if within 14 days of receipted purchase. *Original condition means unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in original packaging.
Return shipping costs are at customers own expense. Original postage will not be refunded unless the product is found to be faulty.
Refunds are only granted upon an incorrect order being sent or product be deemed faulty or damaged. All other returned items can be exchanged.
